Turning Packaging EPR Laws Into Action

Circular Action Alliance (CAA) is a nonprofit organization selected by states to implement packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws. We work with interest holder to design and operate EPR programs that help producers comply with state requirements and support effective, modern recycling systems.

In short: states set the rules, CAA designs and runs the programs, and producers participate to comply with the law.
